The District’s inclusive pricing covers all NNN Utilities and taxes, high performance office furniture, high-speed fiber internet, 24/7 access, janitorial services, open common areas/lounges, breakroom, kitchen, private phone booths, ready-made local coffee, and the ability to collaborate with other members.

The District uses a Services & Use Agreement that is customized for every company. From open coworking spaces to private office suites, or a combination of both, you can be sure The District will have a space for you. Shared common areas and utilities put office pricing on a sliding scale based on number of employees, not square footage alone.
I love working out of The District. The space features comfortable and ergonomic furniture, super-fast internet, and ample natural light, creating a modern working environment. I find it so easy to focus and get down to work. Plus, the wide range of amenities are great; meeting rooms, phone/meeting booth, printing, healthy food options, kitchen, and even beer! I also really appreciate the community-driven approach with events where we can network and get to know our fellow 'co-workers'. And the location is so rad - in the heart of 5th Street Market. are the offices fully furnished?
Yes! Our private offices come fully furnished with a sit/stand desk, ergonomic chair, and lockable file cabinet. If you prefer, we can remove the furniture so you can bring your own.
can i book meeting rooms?
is there a security deposit?
Yes — the security deposit is half of one month’s rent.
can i bring my dog to the district?
Yes! You can bring your dog to The District once our pet policy is signed and the additional deposit is paid.
are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees — your office rent includes Wi-Fi, utilities, and janitorial services.
can i start mid-month?
You can absolutely start your agreement at any time — if you start after the 1st of the month, your rent will be prorated.
is parking available?
While The District doesn’t have dedicated member parking, there is two-hour meter and street parking available. We also provide a list of nearby parking lots where you can get permits, along with pricing.
